Schuler Spezialfahrzeuge, a synonym for innovation

Every step starts with a vision. Considering the fact that big things need big visions, we take the time to show our visions to our customers.

Automotive design

Automotive styling is an important point for us because we produce vehicles. That’s why a trailer, for example, isn’t just a simple rectangle. It incorporates phases, curves and surfaces to meet aerodynamic, aesthetic and ergonomic principles.

Design is the art of combining function with aesthetics. In other words, it should make the product talk. Thus, the product becomes reliable and durable. In the end, the emotional impression of good design remains stable.

During detailed research, ideas are presented in hand-drawn sketches by our vehicle designers. Once selected, computer-rendered graphics are created using CAS (Computer Aided Styling) and CAD (Computer Aided Design), with advanced 3D software. These then go into production after approval. This means that every work step brings the product safely to its destination.
